We were at our summer home in northern NJ (on beautiful Lake Hopatcong). So we took our patio boat to a local sports-bar so our family of Cubs Fans could see the momentous occasion. The game got rained out… so we got to see the first full game under the lights the next night vs. The Mets. Fond memories. Wrigley looked beautiful with its new lights!
And took $300+ from fools betting on the Patriots after the first field goal. I guess them missed Da Bears slaughter run through to the NFC Championship that year….or it could have been that drinking at 5 am in the morning was affecting their judgment.
