I agree that the play in and of itself was a good idea.
But the pitcher had walked THREE guys that inning. Why try something like that when it’s proven that the pitcher can’t get the ball in the strike zone?
Houston’s in the thick of this tight race. Every game counts now even though there’s 65 games left. NL central is going to end up having the most exciting race in baseball towards the end.

His fastball, while sharp, has little movement. His best pitches are the high heat and that little curve of his.
